Somatic Tools for Stress & Anxiety is a 90-minute experiential workshop focused on understanding and supporting your nervous system. We’ll start with functional education around your nervous system, followed by gentle movement based somatic practices and simple breathing techniques, then wind down with a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation for deep rest and reset. You’ll leave with practical, body-based tools you can use to support stress and anxiety in everyday life.

Find Your Beat Driven Bliss!
I’m so excited to share that I’ll be offering Buti Yoga twice a month on Sunday mornings at Roqn Pilates in Port Orchard. Rather than the breath driven flow of vinyasa, these classes are beat driven and help us connect to our bodies in a way that facilitates true energy balance and release.
We’re also piloting a lower impact version of Buti inspired movement through Deep Core & Restore, a class focused on deep core toning and gentle vinyasa flow, where we keep things low and slow. This class is being offered every other Tuesday evening through the end of March and will then move to Thursdays if there’s interest.
Both classes are gently heated to 80*.
