UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

A wellness workshop for the curious-

You were born a unique and in perfect balance.

Life adds stress, travel, late nights, cold smoothies, hot tempers… and we wobble.

Ayurveda is a traditional wellness system from India that helps explain why our bodies feel different from day to day and offers simple ways to bring ourselves back into balance.

This workshop is designed for anyone curious about understanding their body a little better.

Together we’ll explore:
• The 3 doshas and why some people run warm, cool, steady, or high energy
• The gunas – qualities that influence mood, motivation, and clarity
• How food, daily habits, and thought patterns can support well-being
• How seasons and daily rhythms impact how we feel
• A guided dosha quiz to learn more about your own tendencies

If you enjoy learning how to align your body in movement, this is like learning alignment for everyday life.

You’ll leave with simple ideas and practical tools you can explore in your daily routine, just small shifts that support your unique body. An invitation to listen to your body in a new way.

Free TCYM Community Class!

One of the first moves I’m making as the head of TCYI is that I’m bringing back the community classes. These are full length classes in the format of the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method and include movement and breath like your average studio class, but also include psycho-education around your nervous system, self regulation tools, mudra (hand positions), and meditative elements.

These classes are virtual and open level, including different levels of modifications. If you’d like to attend but can’t attend live, you’ll receive a link to take the class within 48 hours. Click the photo above to register. This first one is FREE!
