6 Week Group Experince (60 min)

Yoga for Inner Transformation is an six-week group utilizing the healing modality, The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method℠ (TCYM). TCYM is a healing modality that integrates trauma-conscious yoga and somatic therapy practices. This modality was formulated by Nityda Gessel, licensed somatic trauma psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher, with whom I have trained and continue to work alongside as part of the faculty at the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute. 

This Yoga for Inner Transformation group, and the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method healing modality in general, include a number of specific resources and practices designed to support individuals in healing through a journey of self-inquiry, embodiment and self-development. 

During the first group, group norms are established, confidentiality is explained, and resources are provided.

Private Yoga & Integrative Nervous System Training

Integrative Nervous System Training is a transformative approach designed to help you understand and work with your body’s natural stress and regulation systems. Rooted in the modern neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, as well as indigenous wisdom, yoga, and other somatic healing practices, this program empowers you with practical tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

Through this guided experience, you’ll learn how your nervous system responds to stress, how patterns of dysregulation develop, and, most importantly, how to shift those patterns. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, heal from trauma, or simply feel more grounded and connected, this integrative training offers a personalized, body-based path toward greater balance and vitality. You have everything you need already within you and we’ll work together to build the program you need to walk away feeling confident in your wholeness.

Please keep in mind that while I am a licensed mental health counselor, these sessions are NOT therapy. These sessions will be supportive but will primarily be focused on skills coaching and working with your energetic body and nervous system.

How Can It Help?

Integrative Nervous System Training helps by teaching you how to work with your body rather than against it so you can better navigate overwhelm, emotional flooding, anxiety, and disconnection.

This approach gives you:

  • A deeper understanding of your nervous system — so you can recognize your patterns and responses with clarity, not judgment.

  • Practical tools to regulate and rebalance — like breathwork, movement, and awareness exercises that support real-time shifts in your state.

  • Increased capacity for resilience — so you can handle life’s ups and downs with more ease, presence, and confidence.

  • Support for healing past stress or trauma — by creating safety in the body and reconnecting with your inner resources.

This work is not about fixing what’s “wrong”, it’s about learning how to listen to your system, build safety from within, and access more calm, connection, and choice in daily life.

That’s entirely up to you! Our nervous systems are not one size fits all and neither is this approach. In my practice, I primarily utilize and integrate the following therapeutic modalities:

Each session is personalized to support your unique needs and goals. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, cycle breakers, and individuals who experience intense emotions or identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). Together, we’ll develop a flow that feels safe, empowering, and aligned with where you are in your journey.

Integrative Nervous System Training may include (but is not limited to): education about trauma and nervous system function, body-based techniques for grounding and emotional regulation, guided self-reflection and meditation, intentional breathwork practices, and physical yoga postures or intuitive movement. During the consultation process, we’ll explore what you’re currently navigating, decide whether 60 min private sessions, a 4hr therapeutic Intensive, or starting with a 6 week group will be the best fit, and co-create a supportive container for your experience. 

Sessions can take place in-person in the Gig Harbor – South/Central Kitsap areas of WA State or virtually on Zoom anywhere!

15-Min Consultation: Free! And required prior to scheduling additional packages/sessions

90-Min Intake Session: During the initial intake session, we’ll take time to explore your presenting issues and your goals for our time together. We’ll go over questionnaires and may engage in physical and energetic assessments to establish a safe starting point. We many also firm up goals and establish progress benchmarks. This session is priced at $195 and is required before moving forward.

3 Pack Private Sessions (60 min): 3 session packages are priced at $375 ($125 each.) This package is best for individuals who are ready to take a deeper dive or benefit from having a lot of space for external processing. If you are newer to this work, we will focus on nervous system education and building awareness of internal and external responses to activation. If you are further along in your journey, we will determine what those next steps toward integration and regulation look like and, depending on your goals, we will integrate other modalities and somatic healing practices into our work. You will be offered skills coaching around practices to work on in between sessions. This package also includes a customizable workbook for you to complete prior to our first session, so that I can learn more about you, your process, and your goals to help us design your unique session plan. We will look at what your life looks like now (your support system, stressors, ways you cope, and what you’d like to see improve or be different).

Single Sessions: Available in increments of 60 minutes and are priced at $130. Additional increments of 30 min can be purchased for $65 each. These are available to established clients who want to add on to their program or come back for follow up work, as well as for individuals who aren’t quite ready for a larger commitment but would like to explore the possibilities of this work.
