Live Embodied- Connected, Present, at Home... in Your Body

As a licensed mental health counselor, I specialize in working with emerging and younger adults (roughly ages 16–45) of all gender identities and expressions. My practice focuses on supporting individuals who have experienced individual, generational, or systemic trauma, as well as those navigating intense emotions or challenges with impulse control. I’m committed to being an ally for those exploring their sexual and gender identities and offer support in accessing and advocating for gender-affirming care. At the core of my work is helping people reconnect with their mind-body experience so they can live more fully in the present and feel more empowered in managing their emotions.

Some things I can help with:

  • Painful Childhood Events
  • Generational Trauma
  • Cycle Breaking
  • Intense Feelers / Borderline Personality Symptoms
  • Highly Sensitive Persons / Empaths
  • LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy

In my practice, I primarily utilize and integrate the following therapeutic modalities:

  • Traditional Talk Therapy from an Existential & Behavioral Approach
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method
  • Parts Work
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • Brainspotting

Sessions go beyond traditional talk therapy and may include education about trauma and the nervous system, body-based techniques for grounding and emotional regulation or release, self-reflection, meditation, breathwork, and even physical yoga postures or somatic movement practices. While we’ll absolutely talk things through in a more traditional sense, we’ll also focus on building a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship.

If life feels chaotic or overwhelming right now, you’re not alone. Together, we can work to identify and remove the barriers keeping you from living more fully—present, peaceful, and free.
