holding you while you hold others.

Therapy for Therapists in WA State

When was the last time you had a space where you didn't have to be the one holding it all together?

Holding space for others is meaningful work, but it doesn't happen in a vacuum. Therapists are often balancing the emotional demands of their caseloads alongside their own healing, relationships, and life's inevitable challenges. Add in the uncertainty, grief, and stress of the world around us, and it can become difficult to find space for your own needs amid the needs of everyone else. You deserve a place where you don't have to be the helper, the expert, or the one holding it all together.

Supporting fellow therapists is one of my favorite parts of this work. I value creating a space where you can set down the role of caregiver and focus on your own growth, healing, and well-being.

You're ready for a space where your insight and self-awareness are welcomed, but you don't have to have it all figured out.

How therapy works

You can learn to create a more sustainable relationship with your work, your relationships, and yourself.

Therapy can help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside while caring for everyone else. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and nervous system responses that contribute to overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and feeling responsible for more than you can carry.

Using a blend of relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, we'll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, deepen self-trust, and create space for your own needs alongside the needs of others. Over time, many therapists find they feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and better able to engage in meaningful work without losing themselves in the process.

My role isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you as you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, heal old wounds, and build a life and career that feel more sustainable.

FAQs

  • While supervision focuses on your clinical work and professional development, therapy focuses on you. Our work together may explore the impact of your work, but the primary focus is your well-being, relationships, personal growth, and healing. Learn more.

  • You're not alone. Many therapists tell me they've had difficulty finding a therapist who feels comfortable working with another clinician. I genuinely enjoy working with therapists and strive to create a space where you can show up as yourself, not as the therapist in the room. Learn more.

  • Not at all. Many therapists seek therapy to process personal challenges, navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, continue their own healing, or simply have a space that is dedicated to their growth and well-being. You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed to seek support. Learn more.
