I currently reside in Kitsap County, WA, and served communities in King County & Pierce County in-person for over 10yrs. As of 2023, my practice has been fully virtual, allowing me to better serve families across Washington State.

I do not currently offer in-person sessions for therapy.
We meet by secure video on the Zoom platform from wherever you feel most comfortable. Before each session, you'll receive a private link to join. Once we're connected, therapy unfolds much the same way it would in person- we talk, explore what's coming up, and work together at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients are surprised by how connected and effective online therapy can feel.

Yes! I ask every potential client to answer a few questions via email to ensure that your and my focus and schedule are reasonably compatible, after which we will schedule a complimentary 15 minute Zoom call so that I can answer your questions and we can get a better feel for our collective vibe and potential for building a therapeutic relationship.

We then schedule a complimentary 15 minute Zoom call to address any questions you may have and to get a feel for our collective vibe. Provided we both feel comfortable moving forward, we schedule your first appointment. Subsequent appointments are booked directly with me and you can cancel either with me or through the client portal in Sessions Health, my EHR provider. All therapy sessions are virtual and take place on the Zoom platform.

Depending on the reasons you are seeking out services, what you can expect to get out of our time together differs. Generally, my clients are seeking clarity around a certain issue, want to break the cycle of bad habits, release the cycles of generational traumas, or need advice and counsel about a current life situation. Whatever is going on for you, hopefully we can make it easier by providing clarity, peace, confidence, or whatever you feel you need at this time.
Healing work can be a beautiful and wonderful experience, but you can also expect to experience some level of discomfort, mentally, physically, and/or energetically, as well as shifts within your relationships with yourself and others in your life as you move along this journey. This can look different for everyone as no one walks your unique journey but you.
