Deeply Felt: A 6-Week Therapy Group

Maybe you've been told you're too sensitive, too emotional, too reactive, or too much. Maybe you understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself overwhelmed when emotions hit. Or maybe you can hold everything together until you suddenly can't.

Deeply Felt is a small, closed virtual therapy group where we'll explore what's happening underneath those experiences- your nervous system, protective patterns, relationships, and the ways you've learned to navigate difficult emotions.

Through relational, somatic, trauma-informed, and experiential work, you'll learn to understand your patterns, reconnect with your body, experience emotions without being consumed by them, and build greater trust in yourself.
